1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Bridge is a networking and contact management application that allows users to create digital profiles, share contact information through links and QR codes, and manage their professional and social connections.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bridge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Bridge for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information through contact exchange forms.
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service.

5. Privacy Profiles

Bridge allows you to control what information is shared through privacy presets. You are responsible for configuring your privacy profiles and understanding what information will be visible when you share a link.

6. Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of the content you provide to Bridge.
  • By using Bridge, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you upload.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Bridge allows you to connect third-party accounts (Google, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, etc.). By authorizing these connections, you agree to comply with those platforms' terms of service. Bridge is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.

8. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon deletion, your profile will no longer be visible to other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bridge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
